We strive for students to complete these seminars with an enhanced sense of awareness and the ability to minimize weaknesses typically exploited by criminals. We teach practical, inexpensive, and easy methods to accomplish our goals. Students do not participate in physical self-defense exercises or range practice – seminars are classroom only.Course materials include:
